- 1/2 cup of quinoa cooked in almond or coconut milk (instead of water)
- 1 banana
- Coconut oil
- Dash of cinnamon
- Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
- Coconut flakes, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, mango, blueberries (optional)
Directions
- Saute sliced banana in coconut oil and cinnamon
- Add to cooked quinoa
- Add nut butter
- Top off with coconut flakes or other fruit and chia seeds
