Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients  (2 servings)

  • 1/2 cup of quinoa cooked in almond or coconut milk (instead of water)
  • 1 banana 
  • Coconut oil
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
  • Coconut flakes, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, mango, blueberries (optional)


Directions
  • Saute sliced banana in coconut oil and cinnamon 
  • Add to cooked quinoa
  • Add nut butter 
  • Top off with coconut flakes or other fruit and chia seeds
