Ingredients
2 avocados
1 1/2 cup diced tomato
1 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lime, juiced
1/8 cup minced jalapeno
1/8 teaspoon seal salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne or red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
Halve the avocados and remove pits. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Scoop salsa into the center of each avocado.
